User Central Ltd provides testing services for web based applications and websites. We offer our services to clients to perform user research and testing. The services are purchased on a one off basis and the relationship is for the period of the tests as documented in the Statement of Work.
The testing services may include:
• Setting up of user tests
• Recruitment of candidates
• Hire of Equipment, services or premises
• Supply of video and/or audio footage
• Project Management
• Expert analysis and opinion executive summary or detailed reports.
The acceptance in writing, including by email, of a Statement of Work by the Client will constitute a binding contract between the Client and User Central for the provision of the Services on these Terms.
The Client will pay 50% of the amount specified in the Statement of Work when placing an order and the balance on completion of the Statement of Work within 30 days of the date of the invoice unless otherwise stated on the Statement of Work and subsequent associated invoices.
If the Client cancels all or part of a Contract within 10 working days of the proposed start of the Services the Client will pay for external costs, fees and charges which cannot be cancelled without charge including recruitment, travel, accommodation and facility hire.
In addition to these external costs, if the cancelation is within 5 working days of the proposed start of the Services then 20% of the cost of the Services cancelled will be payable; within 1 working day of the proposed start of the Services then 50% of the cost of the Services cancelled will be payable.
Neither party are now responsible for each other or in a working relationship. User Central will provide to the best of their abilities testing services to meet expectations of the Client brief and will perform the Services with all reasonable care and skill.
By accepting our Statement of Work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time and each Statement of Work will be subject to the Terms current at the time. If we change any material terms of these Terms of Service, we will notify you by email.
